Soul Travels to Face Desperados

The Philadelphia Soul (10-3) will travel to Dallas on Saturday to take on the first-place Desperados (11-2) at the American Airlines Center. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. (ET) and can be seen on live Comcast SportsNet and heard on 950 ESPN Radio. The game audio will also be streamed live on-line at www.950ESPN.com.

After both teams clinched playoff spots last Saturday, the Soul and the Desperados will most likely be competing for home-field advantage during the postseason. The Soul trails Dallas by one game in the standings, but with a win would hold the tiebreaker with only two games left after this one.

Earlier this season, in a match up of two undefeated teams, the Soul overpowered the Desperados 57-28. Eddie Moten is looking forward to renewing his feud with Desperados quarterback Clint Dolezel. During their last meeting, Moten was to blame for three of Dolezel's four interceptions. During that game, Moten also reached 30 career interceptions and was named Defensive Player of the Game. Throughout his career, Moten has intercepted eight passes off Dolezel. The Soul are 4-5 all-time against Dallas.

Chris "Money" Jackson is back to breaking records. During Week 12, Jackson became the Soul's single-season record holder for receptions, breaking the mark of 107 receptions set by Sean Scott in 2004. He is also just 44 points shy of 2,000 for his career, which has only been reached by Eddie Brown and Barry Wagner in league history.

Soul quarterback Tony Graziani is back and is ready to play. Graziani has been out with a sprained left knee, but is expected to be behind center on Saturday.

Graziani, the leader for many of the Soul's career passing records, hasn't been healthy since Week 3 when he sprained a ligament in his left knee after being hit late by New York's John Nixx. In four games this season, Graziani has completed 66.7 percent of his passes for 1,017 yards with 27 TDs and 3 INTs.

Soul head coach Bret Munsey had been starting Matt D'Orazio, who completed 72.4 percent of his passes for 2,698 yards with 58 TDs and 4 INTs, while also rushing for a team-record 201 yards and 8 TDs in relief of Graziani.
