Esks add one more to practice roster

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimos have signed free agent import OL Thaddeus Coleman to the practice roster, the club announced today.

Coleman signed as a free agent with the Arizona Cardinals earlier this year and was released in August. He later signed with the Jets but was released on August 26, 2008. He was a three year starter at Mississippi Valley State playing both right and left tackle but starting his career at tight end. In 2006 he produced 83 knockdowns and 8 touchdown resulting blocks at left tackle which would earn him first team All-Southwestern Athletic Conference honours for that season. He finished his senior year with 103 knockdowns, and nine touchdown resulting blocks.
