The two franchises are as follows:
- Everett, Washington - the team would begin play in the 2009 IFL season at Comcast Arena at Everett.
- Kent, Washington - the team would begin play in the 2010 IFL season at the Kent Events Center.
West Coast Sports CEO Michael Tuckman presented proposals for Everett and Kent at the IFL meetings held this week in Omaha, Nebraska. Tuckman would serve as owner of both teams.
Paul Aaron, IFL Executive Director, said Everett and Kent are key components to the league's Northwest strategy.
"With all of the recent positive developments in the IFL, we are extremely optimistic about Michael Tuckman and West Coast Sports leading the charge in our future expansion plans in the Pacific Northwest," Aaron said.

Perhaps the IFL should have looked into the past business practices of Mr. Tuckman before they took such a positive stance. He owes money all over the northwest and Montana due to failed sports teams that he had ownership of.
